Find the middle patch

Bunch the fabric in your hands, and hold it shoulder width apart in front of you

Holding the middle patch in your right hand, pass the wrap behind your back bringing the rest of the wrap over your left shoulder

With your left hand, take hold of the wrap below your right hand

Pull your left hand across your body, sliding the wrap through your hand. (Keep the middle patch in your right hand)

Release the wrap from your right hand

Reach between your body and the middle patch with your right hand to hold the wrap below your left hand. Remember, the bit of wrap with the middle patch should be on the OUTSIDE of your arm

Holding tight with your left hand, pull the wrap up with your right hand, letting it slide through your right hand to make a circle, or hole shape in front of you

Put your left hand through the hole made with the wrap

Pull the piece of wrap in your right hand up and over your head. The piece of wrap on your left arm should slide around to your back

Your wrap should now be sitting loosely in the right position, with the pieces of wrap hanging down your front underneath the middle patch

To tighten, pull the pieces of wrap that are over your shoulder down. The piece around your middle should tighten

Crossing the two pieces of wrap over in front of you, pull to make it even tighter

Bring the pieces behind your back and cross over, swapping the pieces between your hands

Continue wrapping around your body, crossing at the front

Tie off with a double knot at the back, or side or front (as previous picture) if you prefer
